CREATING AN ARTWORK WITH LOTTE – CELEBRATE THE 10TH ANNIVERSARY OF LOTTE CENTER HANOI

The contest will be an interesting and unique art playground for primary school students who are passionate about painting.
Content Details:
1. Topic Involved: Creating an artwork with a 10 years anniversary – Celebrating the 10th anniversary of LOTTE Center Hanoi.
2. Participants: Primary school students in Vietnam (from 6 to 10 years old, regardless of nationality)
3. Time:
– Contest announcement and rules: 7/8/2024
– Date of receiving paintings: 17/8/2024 – 23/8/2024
– Award Ceremony: 30/8/2024 (Friday)
4. Methods of participation:
– Size: A3
– Have an image of the LOTTE Center Hanoi building.
– The work is drawn by the participant (hand-drawn, not using AI technology or other supporting softwares)
– Required information: student’s name, age, parent’s name, email, and phone number on the back side of the drawing
– Contestants draw and send your artworks to LOTTE Center Hanoi through:
(1) Submit directly at LOTTE Center Hanoi building:
– Reception area of the office area on the 1st floor
– Reception area of the apartment area on the 1st floor
– Ticket counter area of the LOTTE Hanoi Sky Observation Deck on the basement B1
(2) Send by post/express delivery:

5. Scoring Criteria:
– Creativity (40) / Topic suitability (40) / Drawing skills (20)
– Evaluated by invited judges
※ Note: To ensure the contest’s fairness, the Organizing Committee is not allowed to evaluate the works.
6. Prizes
– 01 First prize: 5,000,000 VND and 4 tickets to LOTTE HANOI SKY observation deck
– 01 Second prize: 3,000,000 VND and 4 tickets to LOTTE HANOI SKY observation deck
– 03 Third prizes: 1,000,000 VND and 4 tickets to LOTTE HANOI SKY observation deck
– 10 Consolation prizes: 2 combo drink tickets and 2 combo VR game tickets at LOTTE HANOI SKY observation deck.
7. Results Announcement:
– Notification via parents’ phone number and on LOTTE Center Hanoi’s SNS page after deciding the ranking.

– Artworks that are damaged (including during transportation) will be disqualified from the contest.
– Entries must not violate Vietnamese customs and culture, must not contain illegal content, or have the purpose of opposing politics, education, religion, etc.
– Entries must be original, not fraudulent or copied.
– Entries will be used by LOTTE Center Hanoi for advertising purposes.
– In all cases, the decision of the Organizing Committee is final.
