Lotte Coralis Vietnam Co., LTD prime importance on customer personal information, and complies with “the Personal Information Protection Act.” Lotte Coralis informs guests of means and purpose for which personal information provided have been used, and what measures we have taken to protect personal information according to our privacy policy.

Article 1. Scope and methods of collecting personal information

1.1 Scope of collecting personal information Lotte Coralis may collect minimal personal information in order to provide proper service.
1.2 Methods of collecting personal information Lotte Coralis may collect personal information online by registration on the website or offline in written form.

Article 2. Personal information collection, use purposes and retention period Lotte Coralis collects personal information to provide services, as follows:

1. Sign-up online on the website
– Obtaining items: Name, Phone number, E-mail, Company name (items may vary by types of services)
– Obtaining purpose: To provide service registration
– Retention period: 1 year
– Rights of refusal and disadvantages: Customer can refuse the consent, but cannot sign up for homepage

2. Sign-up by offline document: service resident
– Obtaining items: Name, Phone number, E-mail, Address, Gender, Age, ID/passport, nationality, credit card
– Obtaining purpose: To provide room reservation, personal identification, payment guarantee and Customer Counselling
– Retention period: 2 years after liquidation date or 5 days after canceling date if canceling reservation
– Rights of refusal and disadvantages: Customer can refuse the consent, but limitation of services.

3. Sign-up by offline document: fitness membership
– Obtaining items: Name, Phone number, E-mail, Address, Gender, Age, ID/passport, nationality
– Obtaining purpose: To provide membership service and manage membership
– Retention period: 2 years after membership withdrawal
– Rights of refusal and disadvantages: Customer can refuse the consent, but limitation of services.

4. Sign-up by offline document: Office leasing
– Obtaining items: business license, tax certificate, email, contact number
– Obtaining purpose: Cooperate information are collected to provide information to relevant Lotte internal Department and to create Lease Agreement.
– Retention period: 10 years if Lease Agreement term is less than 10 years, or until the termination date of Lease Agreement if Lease Agreement term is more than 10 years.
– Rights of refusal and disadvantages: Customer can refuse the consent, but impact of Lease Agreement.

5. Sign-up when enter/exit the building
– Obtaining items: Name, Phone number, ID image
– Obtaining purpose: The building safety and security
– Retention period: 07 days on system & 6 months on local PC
– Rights of refusal and disadvantages: Customer can refuse the consent, but cannot enter

Article 3. Personal information disposal methods

– Personal information printed on paper: to be cut into pieces by a shredder or incinerated.
– Personal information stored in electronic system: to be permanently deleted using a technical method that makes it impossible to regenerate it.

Article 4. Entrusting and handling of personal information

Upon making an entrustment contract, Lotte Coralis sets forth clearly strict compliance with instructions related to privacy, prohibitions on personal information, responsibility for accidents, etc. and keeps the contents of such contracts and form in writing, for the safe protection of personal information.

No personal information is disclosed to any third party, unless requested in writing by government authority for security administration purpose or for authorized legal counselors in the event of disputes. In these cases, the third party must be supervised to ensure the personal information entrusted to be managed safely.

Article 5. Methods of reading and correcting personal information, canceling membership, and withdrawing consent

Customers may read or correct their registered personal information or cancel the membership at any time. If customers make a request for correcting an error in their personal information, such information will not be used or provided until such correction is finished. Also, if erroneous personal information was already provided to a third party, we will correct the error by immediately notifying the third party of modified information.
